When we chose to convert our workshop to automation and digital transformation, we sensed that the real revolution would first concern our way of operating.

To adequately prepare for the challenges introduced by technological and digital innovation, we have identified the constant updating of human skills and organizational processes as the key to ensuring an improvement in the overall productivity of our company.

Training our collaborators allows us to acquire an unparalleled competitive advantage and streamline the company organization. Last year each employee benefited from 120 hours of training, to adapt their knowledge to the new methods and processes adopted in the company.

Not only technical refresher courses for interactions with software and machinery, but also courses to develop transversal skills, such as analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, essential to be protagonists of the growth we want for our reality.

Our goal…

To ensure a constant, punctual workflow, while maintaining the high-quality standards that we guarantee, we have set ourselves the goal of creating a work environment in which knowledge and training are truly shared, so increasing independence and autonomy of each individual operator in the management of our company activities.
