Our turnery evolves to best meet your needs.

In an ever-changing market, our turning shop has chosen to expand the range of machined materials by introducing new different alloys.

New materials allow us to offer more advanced, efficient and sustainable solutions, without compromising on quality, which are characterised by three key features:

Sustainability
Sustainability is at the core of our growth. Among the new materials introduced there are alloys that respond to growing market sensitivity and legal, hygienic and environmental requirements worldwide.

Innovation
We have introduced more technologically advanced materials to optimise and improve the characteristics of finished components. Higher-performance products for more specific requirements.

Performance
Our expanded range enables us to even better meet customer requirements. The new alloys we have machined guarantee improved hardness, toughness and corrosion resistance, perfectly suited to their end use.

Among the most relevant new features, there are:

  • Ecobrass (CW724R): an environmentally friendly alloy with a lead content of less than 0.1% and no arsenic. Ideal for components in contact with drinking water due to its excellent corrosion resistance and compliance with hygiene and environmental regulations.

  • CW510L Brass: This material with a low lead content (less than 0.2 per cent) also offers excellent workability at low speeds. It is certified for the US market according to NSF372.

  • C45 (and C45E) steel: Due to its surface hardening, this steel is ideal for the production of shafts, bushings and other key mechanical components requiring high hardness and mechanical stress capacity.
